Business administration is a lot of work. A lot of sometimes tedious but very important work.

Information is key to any company’s business operations and it is crucial to have a specialised admin professional to help organise, manage and liaise with partners to ensure information is accessible and up to date.

Before SwissPeaks changed direction with their objectives and business plans, the task of administration work was an ad hoc duty that Andy either took on himself or assigned to other business partners on top of their research projects. Now as every woman walking on Earth right now can probably tell you, unless it’s something they can shine at, men aren’t that great at multi-tasking.

It got to a certain point in the SwissPeaks life cycle where the decision was made to leave the admin work to an administrative professional and focus on what they’re really good at – the data. That is when the gift that is Tracey Jovicich was introduced. Tracey has been doing admin work with a finance company in the Midlands for over 30 years and when the firm began to downsize, she decided it was time to look for a new challenge. As SwissPeaks had been seeking someone just like Tracey to lighten the work load and deal with all the boring stuff (and do it well) it was a match made in heaven! She has been with us for nearly six months now, continually contributing to SwissPeaks’ success and facilitating the possibility of 100% commitment to data confidence for our clients. Thanks Tracey!
