ItoI Research has been running a tracker survey on behalf of their client, Philips, since October 2004. The tracker survey is hosted in select countries only on a wave by wave basis with approx. 500 complete interviews being conducted in each country per wave. The questionnaire details range from general brand rating and awareness to Philips specific product, service and advertising awareness.

SwissPeaks role has steadily increased wave on wave. At our introduction, we primarily provided pre-defined extra analysis only. In subsequent waves we were invited to provide an extensive set of charts for each country. With any 7 countries at one time involved SwissPeaks created an automated solution that significantly reduced both time and error frequency, producing the charts in MS Excel for subsequent use in MS PowerPoint.

Our technical role has since increased further as we are now involved in creating the Adobe (PDF) end deliverable tabular analyses, along with the MS Excel derived charts for each country per wave.
