Managing Director’s End of Year report
Following another successful year,
coupled with some exciting developments within SwissPeaks the MD, Simon Stephen,
gives us a snapshot of recent and upcoming activities.
I am delighted to report that in the financial year April 2006 - March 2007
SwissPeaks achieved growth in turnover for the sixth consecutive year. A growth
rate of 14% has allowed us to invest significantly in in-house software and
product development, marketing activities and staff.
The SwissPeaks Data Portal (SwissPeaksNet) has been developed considerably, in
both graphical and storage terms. Clients can now access data, charts,
tabulations, reports and miscellaneous files in greater numbers. This customised
client specific area is securely accessed via a unique login name/password
combination, and clients can now specify an unlimited number of users.
A further expansion of the SwissPeaksNet offering is the development of InView
– a product developed in conjunction with a major client – that is a web-based
data analysis tool for reviewing one dimensional data in both tabular and
graphical formats. The introduction of this tool has achieved the client’s
objective of displaying multiple projects by wave while, simultaneously,
facilitating continuous viewing and comparison of said data. Data can also be
weighted and filtered and charts and tables can be exported in various formats.
In addition to these technical developments, SwissPeaks has further enhanced its
portfolio of market research services. We have expanded our data capture
operations; both the key entry and web interviewing services. As part of the
latter we are also offering full project and sample management services.
SwissPeaks now collaborates with three other companies experienced in online
