SwissPeaks helping to “house” London
Since January 2006,
SwissPeaks have operated and managed a database development project on behalf of
London & Quadrant, the housing association that provides high quality,
affordable homes in Greater London.
The project involves collation, entry and processing of 400-500 returned
Contractor cards every month. These custom designed cards are delivered direct
to SwissPeaks, at our Response Plus Licence address, on a daily basis and booked
in and fully administered in-house at SwissPeaks.
The cards contain information that London & Quadrant residents have completed
relating to contracted work recently undertaken at their rented property. The
entered data is merged with the corresponding contractor record in the
Contractor list data provided by London and Quadrant on a monthly basis; and a
series of weekly and monthly reports, designed in collaboration with London and
Quadrant are delivered to key personnel.
The project fully demonstrates SwissPeaks database skills and complements the
standard Market Research data entry service, utilising MS Access for this
process, in order that data storage, processing, manipulation and reporting can
be undertaken: in a method that is client friendly for the non Market Research
user; and in a timely fashion.
SwissPeaks independence and flexibility in terms of software usage and project
methodology means that we were able to custom build the solution, in conjunction
with the client.
